I have bought a new EV Code Signing, which now requires to use a Yubikey with FIPS technology. This makes harder to configure than before. Allen was helping us to have our system working again with the new certificate. He was super fast answering and with direct and perfect action items for us to take. I'm super happy to have this support quality, raising the bar on other companies. Thanks.
