The team from SSL.com is one of the best I have ever seen regarding support experience. You have the feeling that there is always someone who knows what he is talking about. Today Joy helped me to issue my certificate on another yubikey and as always: Everything went smoothly.

The website confused me a little, but SSL.com has an excellent responsive support team that quickly explained what I needed to do. Allen helped me out, and he did an excellent job. Later I used the chatbot, that handed me over to a human almost immediately who walked me through the EV cert installation process.

Timely response and issue was taken care of by Mary Ann.

This was by far the best price for code-signing I could find. I've talked with several of the reps and they've all been helpful and quick to respond. In particular, Allen went above and beyond my expectations.

I couldn't get my code signed, even after following all the documentation. Dhoi connected with me via Zoom and worked with me diligently to find the solution to the problem. I'm sure I spoiled his support stats for the day, but I can sign my code now. Top notch support.

I needed a trusted certificate for some software I'm trying to sell. After I paid my money to SSL.com I was sent to a form geared for a corporation (I'm a sole proprietorship). Asked the salesperson what to do. They said contact support. Support sent me an AI generated list of website links, one of which maybe contained the answer to my needs. Finally found the right verification form. Submitted a copy of my driver's license, credit card, retail sales tax permit, proof that I'm an attorney admitted to the bar in 3 states. Had the documents notarized by a Notary Public who is also an attorney. They didn't accept the documentation as sufficient verification because the attorney didn't have a Google Merchant account. Totally had it at that point. Cancelled the order. Lots of back and forth to get my money back. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Still waiting for them to officially cancel my order. If you're a sole proprietorship trying to get a trusted certificate, good luck, you'll need it.
