I needed assistance on how to use the YubiKey to sign .exe files with an IV Code Signing Certificate. Jerry responded to all my emails very fast - within a few minutes - and made suggestions that led to the final resolution of the problem. I am very happy now that I am able to sign and timestamp my files.

Good customer service and was able to re-issue the SSL certificate back to the sites. Limit of 397 days caused previous SSL certificate to stop working.
