Thanks Jeffrey for being insanely fast to communicate with me. It's not often I talk to a support rep for any company that I receive responses within minutes. 5 stars for Jeffrey 4 stars for SSL.com overall. It's a little confusing to setup EV codesigning. I would not be able to do it again without clicking a few of the wrong buttons to find what I need to find.

We accidentally triggered multiple certificate orders during our infrastructure testing phase, but the support team, especially Kezia, was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the situation quickly and fairly. We just started using code-signing certificates and quickly encountered an issue with cloud versus local signing. Fortunately, Myra helped to educate me on the differences and how to move to using a YubiKey. Myra was extremely patient and made it clear they were available to answer questions at every step of the way. I could not have asked for better, more professional communication. I have used Comodo for over 10 years for S/MIME. Recently they changed the visible fields that identify you as you which made me look for alternatives. SSL.com turned up and it is also cheaper. Way easier enrollment and user verification. Easier package for installation - worked instantly. SSL.com is in a different league. Many thanks to Allen for excellent support!
