After order the certificate the phone validation fails because the business directory checked had a incorrect registry. The service from Jennifer in webchat was second to none and I am very pleased that she has now resolved our issue of getting the Certificate Issued. Getting to here has been a nightmare though and I think there should be alternate methods of confirmation (anyone can say they are me, my email address and company name) - maybe an authentication through a Web Browser that searches for the Account Information transmitted over HTTPS would be better?
