After order the certificate the phone validation fails because the business directory checked had a incorrect registry. I opened a support chat and JENNIFER from Validation Team helped to validate the correct phone and issue the certificate. She was very kindly and solved this issue faster! High rates to her service.

The service from Jennifer in webchat was second to none and I am very pleased that she has now resolved our issue of getting the Certificate Issued. Getting to here has been a nightmare though and I think there should be alternate methods of confirmation (anyone can say they are me, my email address and company name) - maybe an authentication through a Web Browser that searches for the Account Information transmitted over HTTPS would be better?
