... this time ;-) Well, but support people are polite and helpful. This time it was easy because certificates just needed to be issued after CAA Record update. They are friendly and helpful there. I bought the positive ssl cert and it was easy enough to get going. However, Firefox not accepting the cert, due to a missing intermediate chain. I contacted support via chat and PHILIP helped me through it! Thanks, PHILIP!
