I was expecting a call but did not get it first few days due to an ext problem. I called again to request a callback again. I'm so thankful that Erline did not transfer me because I was afraid it won't succeed again, got disconnected few times after transferring, instead she called me back using an ext , and got the code to complete the callback process. She was really amazing resolving the issue for few mins and we've got thr certificate in a few. Best agent.

amidst of a merger and office upgrade I didnt have the ability to validate my domain. after talking to sectigo support I was able to validate using CNAME. ComodoCA allows for a split record. I split the record and sectigo support was able help finalize the entry's. Anxiety has alleviated, for this part anyways. thank you Logan

I spoke with Vinson in support via Live Chat on the Sectigo website. None of the usual back & forth you often get with most companies online support. Basically, I filled the initial chat with my question, Vinson answered in about 30 seconds, said he would check, 1 minute later he said my issue was sorted, by the time I could switch between the chat window and outlook, my certificate was in my inbox. Simply exceptional!
