I spoke with Vinson in support via Live Chat on the Sectigo website. None of the usual back & forth you often get with most companies online support. Basically, I filled the initial chat with my question, Vinson answered in about 30 seconds, said he would check, 1 minute later he said my issue was sorted, by the time I could switch between the chat window and outlook, my certificate was in my inbox. Simply exceptional!

First of all I give Vinson and all the people I talked to from Validation 5 stars, but getting an EV SSL is insane... I had to register at places I've never heard of before so that they would believe I owned my phone number. If they would have just called me to provide the code I could have saved a week of what I consider busy work.
