We ordered SSL-certificate with OV. The problemws was that there is a wrong number placed in DNB, also in Kompass our company is nt presented. We tried to explain to Sectigo validation team that there is a wrong phone number and prvided the link to Russian public DB there are our correct number. Meanwhile, they said to change the name in Russian public DB to english one! They are completely unprofessional illiterate validtion staff.They don't know difference between Russian and English pronance and writings. We are still face a problem to complete validate our organisaton and order a callback because of phone number. PLease, don't use Sectigo CA if you not sure there is a correct data in worldwide DB. The best way to use GeoTrust or similar whho have a Russian-speaking and Russian-mind staff.
