We had been Comodo customers for a very long time. When Sectigo took over, our new account rep, Anupam, reached out when our certificate was expiring. He was so much help! I had so many questions, especially since the product names and features had changed since our last purchase. I was about to give up when Anupam sat with me (over chat) and helped me straighten everything out. He refunded the incorrect purchase I made, and helped me buy the correct product, and provided me some guidance for installation. Sectigo is the way to go!

We have a problem and Sectigo support escalated the issue to their top level support because the issue was very complex! This helped and quicker than Microsoft did !! MS would have charged £477 for the privilege! Great service, That is why I renewed the certificates with them rather than go elsewhere. If you don't need all sinning all dancing Certs look at PossitiveSSL.com Part of Sectigo) Thanks Chaps you saved the day when we have a major outage!!

When an agent asked me for a review, how could I say No..she's very helpful, I remembered from last year, she also hot me verified after few agents processed our company's SSL Certificate, she's one among others who understands how to process and validate or verify a company..that even Jeff our lawyer was thankful to her when she mistakenly called him...We are thankful to her processing the renewal of our certificate that quick.
