Sylvia was very helpful answering my questions about why my certificate was only showing 1 year, when I paid for 5 years. She explained that due to changes updated by apple and google platforms, From Sept 1 they no longer support SSL with more then 398 days of validity, and therefore so does SECTIGO.

I had a typo on my CSR and the customer portal was not allowing me to update it... I called and SYLVIA was very helpful..., I thought I was in a bad spot because of my typo but SYLVIA was able to help me out very quickly. I was impressed on how fast and easy it was, I just sent her the CSR via email and she updated it for me. Kudos for SYLVIA

Purchasing a code signing certificate is easy, collecting and activating a certificate isn’t necessarily as straightforward. This is where a dedicated tech support team is crucial to making certain a code signing certificate is successfully acquired after purchase.
