I just wanted to do a quick review on the technical support member that helped me. SYLVIA was fantastic and very helpful. I was facing issues with validating a cert and Sylvia took the time to look at my validation file. I had made a mistake and she helped walk me through the mistake and once I corrected it she continued to offer support until the cert was completed. I wonderful experience and greatly appreciated.

I was never able to get the email to validate my certificate so I got a refund. Since then I am getting a number of emails daily vaguely referencing support resolution. I have no idea why or how to get them to stop.
