Ran into a situation where there was no way to receive a validation email. Tried the DNS CNAME validation, but that failed due to host name length restrictions (godaddy). Used the CHAT and Logan provided instructions for the HTTP validation and stayed with me until I could get the file created and in the right ANSI encoding format for your systems to be able to access it and get my cert. It was a little confusing because your systems saw the file as UTF-8, so I had to create on a Windows system and then copy to the Linux (CentOS) web server. Logan's support couldn't have been better and I appreciate it.

It took few days before I get my certificate. I was frustrated already after submitting the required documents. Still thankful to Erline when she called me and sort everything out, promised me to get the cert issued that night. I really appreciate the effort she put in despite of the frustrations I threw in.

That Firefox ESR is needed should be posted in the verification mail.... costed hours.... and without help of Roger I would still be fiddling around and testing all the browsers I have... Would just like to add that the support overall from Logan was great. The chat session took ages as I was working with another vendor with regards to the DNS changes.
