It took few days before I get my certificate. I was frustrated already after submitting the required documents. Still thankful to Erline when she called me and sort everything out, promised me to get the cert issued that night. I really appreciate the effort she put in despite of the frustrations I threw in.

Roger helped me to download and install the certificate. Thanks a lot for your support! That Firefox ESR is needed should be posted in the verification mail.... costed hours.... and without help of Roger I would still be fiddling around and testing all the browsers I have... Would just like to add that the support overall from Logan was great. The chat session took ages as I was working with another vendor with regards to the DNS changes. Logan followed up if everything is still fine, assisted wherever and whenever required, was really great knowing I had responsive and friendly technical support available through the entire process until resolution.
