The instruction to collect the certificate from the USB should be in the email but it's not. I had trouble signing my code and then contacted Grace. She has been very nice and patient with me for the whole period, and eventually I succeeded signing. I appreciate her help very much. Thank you Grace!

I guess this would be a lot easier if I had had some actual experience setting up a S/MIME certificate. I thought I just purchased it and then worked through the set up instructions. After the verification issue, I was told by Microsoft that you should not need third-party verification. I mean, third-party verification makes sense, I just wasn't expecting another hurdle in the process. All in all, you guys were as helpful as you could have been...I think, knowing as little as I know. lol Thanks for directing me to Dun & Bradstreet. Although, your information and their information is not the same so I'm not sure how that works. But really! Thank you!

Forgot to give very, very positive feedback for Sylvia (Sectigo Technical Support Team) for helping me get our website back up and running with an SSL cert on the night of 26th June 2020 after I spent the previous 6hrs trying to get an EV certificate validated by Sectigo. Unbelievably ridiculous situation whereby Sectigo refused to authorise an EV certificate for us despite having authorised 2 other EV certificates in the previous couple of months. Our website was down but Sylvia's help was immense and I'm really very grateful for her absolute 1st class service. Sad to say I was let down by Sectigo.
