There is a lot of confusion about which browser to use to download the certificate. If that could be clarified, I don't think I would have had a problem. FYI, Internet Explorer must be run as Admin or it will just hang up. Other than that issue, I found the support to be more than satisfactory.

We depend on our web site, but like most, we don't have an in-house network admin to handle this. Can install in about 10 mins tops, if you have help via server staff, you can get it done even faster sometimes.... This is the cheapest SSL and the best provider!
