I have had a support chat with Sylvia on June 27th 2019 aprox 1PM CET. She has been exceptionally pro active and competent in following me in the difficult setup of the SSL Certificate. Despite being IT literate I do these things once every 2-3 years so every time it's a painful relearning process. I would have certainly wasted more time if it weren't for her support. Sylvia is certainly one of the top support agents I've had the pleasure to meet in a 25 years IT carreer, despite the obvious limitations of the chat interface. Next time I will need assistance I will certainly wish to be able to chat with Sylvia again! if I could make a suggestion I would recommend SECTIGO to add some kind of remote connection service (even if a paid extra add on).
