I find the portal/interface to be a little hard to navigate compared to other vendors, but a quick chat with PHILIP From Technical support helped fix everything. There was no wait and he was able to help me easily right away. Clunky site but great support!

Sandra is a giant among Sectigo chat agents. Many times before, I've selected Validation, and then immediately been transferred to Technical Support for no apparent reason. Today was not one of those days. Sandra intercepted that pass, and ran it right into the end zone. Then kicked the field goal herself!
