My colleague who was in another country called Sectigo to follow-up our application to complete validation talked to different agents, mentioned that she spoke to Erline and she's the nicest agent she spoke to. I finally got a callback verification when Erline phoned and completed. She did her her best to issue our cert. You're the best!
