Hi, I bought SMIME certificate from your company. I was satisfied with support provided by Philip from Sectigo. The only suggestion I have is to make your web interface to certificate management more user friendly, with more explanations on how to perform various activities. Also, you should make sure to support other browser than IE11, because this is end-of-life product.
