My site is still down after 5 days, and hours on the phone, and 3 attempts to uninstall, revalidate, and install and wait. Not only that, but I've had my site with them, my hosting with them, and they are the registrar, and I bought the replacement certificate over a month before the current one was going to expire. This happens with them every year. The absolutely don't know what you're doing.
