DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

We've been the customer of DigiCert for two years now and so far there have been no problems, ever. The support is excellent and quick, but we hardly needed any since their service is very easy to use and the certificates are easy to implement, plus there's an extensive knowledge base on how to install them. They even sent us a t-shirt to thank us and apologize when we reported to them that other SSL cert companies have been calling us and baiting to switch. Awesome.

We tested 5 suppliers of SSL certificates, but Digicert is winner. They have excellent support, do not have problems with refunds. Their advantage is that do only certificates and do it well. We talked with 3 different staff online and we receive required results everytime during every single chat. We plan to resell their services, because our clients needs power of simplicity.

I had a transport cert in exchange, that I did not know about, expire and I needed it replaced immediately. I contacted Digicert and they had the cert to me in less than 20 minutes after payment was posted to them. Would probably have been sooner if I hadn't missed the confirmation email, which they very quickly called and reminded me about. Fantastic option, highly recommended.

In this day in age where customer service is out the window, it's great to deal with a company with fast service and great help! It's hard enough to find a company that's willing to publish a phone number, let alone have someone pick up on the first ring, but these guys do. Very impressed, keep it up Digicert!

I had some trouble applting a renewed certificate on Exchange 2007. I got an excellent tech (Jared) and he worked with me for two hours to solve the problem and get my server in perfect working order. Thank you!!!

Had a load of questions regarding using the same certificate order on different servers, and adding the EV Greenbar, Bryce from support was great help and very patient! Thanks Digicert!

by far the easiest certificate issuer I have ever used, these guys are fantastic and always willing to help.

I ran in to some technical difficulties while installing an SSL but when I called DigiCert for assitance they answered the phone and were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Thanks DigiCert for your terrific support. My special thanks to Todd who helped me over the last hurdle to get the SSL up and running. I heard from other vendors that my server choice, Tomcat, was particularly tricky and after having failed with vendors such as RapidSSL, GeoTrust, StartCom and VeriSign and several re-sellers over the last month, DigiCert solved my problems in a day!! My experiences with these other vendors were absolutely terrible. It could take days before they responded to a call. If you tried to call them you had to go through a telephone menu system and sometimes you were disconnected. DigiCert are not the cheapest on the market but with all their helpful tools to install and manage the certificates + their world class support they offer the most value for the money.
