OK .... so it's pretty incredible when you get a response to your emailed support request just 3 minutes after you hit send. That in itself is amazing. But when you're UK based and sending that email to a US-based company at 3:33am (US time), that's even more incredible. I usually expect a delay of at least 24hrs - more for US-based companies ..... heck, that's when I'm feeling optimistic! WIth some companies I'm delighted if I get a response *at all*! So this kind of service is really, really special. Great work Digicert - and thanks, Kyle, for such a quick and helpful response.

Wow, Firstly the website is so easy to use and looks really great. The cert is much cheaper than Verisign and Thwate and the customer service is infinitely better than them as well. Customer service, I can't rate them highly enough, as they were so helpful and patient. Thanks Tyler.

I love the guys at Digicert. I'm a consultant/installer and have used digicert over a dozen times for my clients. They are fast, rsponsive and most importantly, very helpful, knowledgable, helpful and willing to go out of thier way to help thier customers. I would strongly recommend them to all professionals and first timers as well.

The overall process and clarity of the Digicert web interface makes it easy to use. The support staff were fast and effective in the one instance help was required. Was also half the price for an EV certificate compared to our previous provider, Thawte, who I am unlikely to ever use again.

I had to renew my OCS certs and I thought I could save money by just issuing certs using my wildcard cert. I found out that OCS doesn't like wildcard certs and when I contacted DigiCert support to verify my findings, the support tech was super helpful and gave me an awesome deal on OCS cert. Two thumbs up!

Bought a UC certificate to use with our Exchange 2010 server. The certificate was issued after a few hours and it installed without hassle. Lots of good information on their web site about Exchange certificates. Highly recommended.

I thought I'd write a quick review about one of your support guys - Chris. Although I am not a customer, and had a vague idea of what I was after (and wasn't sure whether you were even the right people to contact), Chris went out of his way to help. Nice to get some good customer service - it goes a long way, and will definitely be remembered if we need your services in the future. BTW - the answers to the questions are not relevant to me, as I'm not a customer - but I'm unable to submit a review without answering them.

We had a series of complex issues getting certs for servers we control and servers our vendor has dedicated to our service. Chris, Jared, Jamie, Taylor were all great individually. More importantly they were a great team, which indicates to me that the company has the right systems in place to coordinate the work of their team.

Any supplier who has dealt with me as buyer for the companies I represent will testify how demanding I am. I don't fall for the usual sales patter snakeoil and work hard to separate the wheat from the chaff in the suppliers. So far, I have been unable to fault digicert. They deliver orders in a most expeditious manner and respond to questions very quickly indeed.
