DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

After reading the horrific reviews of Thawte and comparing the prices of the other major SSL providers, it became clear that DigiCert was by far the best company to go with. Their prices are very competitive, their customer support rivals the 'Fanatical(tm) Support' of Rackspace, and their website is very easy to navigate. I'm still surprised at how easy, fast and streamlined the whole process was. I'm based in the UK and had reservations about selecting a US based supplier, but it has made no difference ; billing and communications were as smooth as you'd expect with a local company. Well done DigiCert.

I sent over a copy of our PO at 5pm and left for the day. My cert request had been processed and was waiting for me when I got back the next morning. If anything, the only improvement I could suggest would be to provide a document on how to change to a 2048-bit cert from a 1024-bit for those of us running older IIS software.

Great customer service! Immediate response, someone answers the phone right away (not like the other lower cost companies where you're waiting for 30 mins). Worth the price.

Besides being cheaper than most, they have tools that will look for certs, tools that will help install certs. Tech support is very good. When you call you get someone, you don't create a ticket, have someone call you back etc... I have been very happy with them. Tried others, being the most satisfied with Digicert.

You usually don't think you need customer service when you order simple SSL certificates, but on occasion you do. Their customer service is outstanding - polite and eager to address any issues.

Read the reviews and pondered other providers...glad I decided to go with DigiCert...if you're not sure, go with DigiCert.

Their service is truly top marks. They reply emails more quickly than some others chat. Happy to have found them.

I would like to thank you very very much the whole Digicert support team. They first checked my informations explained each missing steps bringing extra informations (such as weblinks) for me to do the rest. The phone support is excellent! Very smooth and professional communication. Also they do take news either by phone or email even overseas ! So they look at progress, wait in case of administratives things to fix, etc. I really had the feeling to be support by a team (like my senior to junior) to make things happened and easy! Thank you so much! again DIGICERT ! i will say to hesitating customers : close your eyes, purchase your stuff and let you guide (if needed!).
