DigiCert deliver an excellent service. Ordering certs, renewing certs, changing certs... It's all a breeze, and certs are issued within minutes! None of the other services I have tried come anywhere near DigiCert in speed and features. I haven't tried their support yet, so I can't really comment on that, but if it's anything like the rest of their services, it is a pleasure to use.

After I used the online intructions to generate the CSR, and install it on the server, my old certificate was still showing on my website. I sent an email to support and they immediately helped me correct the issue. Not only did they email instructions to me, they also called me on the phone. Since this was my first SSL installation, I was a bit intimidated. But they helped me through it without a condescending attitude and they were very patient. Digicert ROCKS!

I don't make SSL certificates everyday. After doing research and understanding the process I picked DigiCert. It was easy to figure out. I called support to help me understand the different formats. They explained it and referenced some websites to read. I will keep using them from here on out.

I had an issue with my password. I needed to renew a cert since it was expiring soon. Unfortunately I hadn't setup a security question so they couldn't send me the password reset link- GOOD, this makes things more secure. I emailed support and got a phone call within 1 minute. IMPRESSIVE. The person was very helpful- I had an email from Larry and phone call from Bobby. Both were great, please keep it up.

I had a Verisign cert for about 2 years, and it was awful compared to this. The wait time for new certs, the wait on customer service, it was all just ugh. Digicert is the complete opposite: easy to use, clear instructions, instant delivery. If I had to recommend an SSL company, it'd be Digicert every time.
