Awesome service and cute cert utility

I'm an Exchange Architect and consultant. My client had ordered a UCC cert from GoDaddy for Exchange 2013. The cert was missing 3 important SAN names. After installing GoDaddy's cert, the Exchange console could not be opened (Exchange 2013 uses a URL for the console instead of an MMC like the previous Exchange versions). And worse, GoDaddy is not permitted to support Exchange 2013 cert problems. What a mess... With Digicert's help, we had everything straightened out including a workaround for a couple of Exchange 2013 bugs. My client is back online with the Exchange Control Panel and OWA working smoothly. Thank you, Digicert!

DigiCert is a company which makes it easy to make business with. Ordering is simple as ordering at Amazon, support is the best I have witnessed in this area. Never regreted to have moved away from previous supplier of SSL certificates.

And I know what I'm talking about, I've done business with several other Certs suppliers before; as I was never happy, I kept looking for something better, and now I sure found it. If Digicert manages to keep this level of quality, I'll never try anybody else for Certs.

We have used Comodo for years. The renewal process was so convoluted, with conflicting messages from various agents, and their intransigence compelled me to look for a better solution. The price difference is negligible. The service difference vastly different. I highly endorse Digicert.

I spoke with Chris O. through the online chat client. I was having a hard time installing my cert the way ahum!(novell)had it documented. Chris walked me through different steps and even though he was not familiar with the appliance I was using he did not give up and he got us up and running. Thank you very much Chris and Digicert!. Not to mention this is was a Saturday.

Chris at DigiCert was very helpful in helping us change all our SSL plus Certs to Wildcard certs which saved us over $1300. Even though the SSL certs had not expired, our account was credited with $700 as a result of the change to Wildcard Plus certificates.

I used to use Entrust. Horrible. It would some times take days to get a response and I always had to work around their time zone. So I switched to DigiCert. GREAT customer service. Easy to use website to submit SSL requests, and immediate responses.
