DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

Kyle Myers of DigiCert was awesome. A phone call for assistance with a newly acquired wildcard cert turned to a quick screen share session where Kyle walked me through not only their cert process, but assisted with the implementation of the cert on my web hosting service. He was extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. He answered several questions regarding using the wildcard cert in the future for our specific needs as well. Whole process was less than an hour (would've been quicker had I had fewer questions) . . . I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to a great working relationship with DigiCert.

I waited 21 days for Comodo to reissue my EV cert. When it was five days from expiring and they hadn't even confirmed my phone number yet, I dumped Comodo and called Digicert based on reviews from this web site. I had a 6 domain EV cert issued and installed within 24 hours from Digicert. Very fast, courteous, competent service. This is the way it should be.

Excellent customer service by the DigiCert team, they followed up and ensured I was able to get going almost immediately after I authorized by domain. Excellent customer support !!

Was renewing a exchange 2010 certificate and got warned about internal names not being supported after 1. Nov 2015. Digicert support is officially closed on Sundays but they leave a phone number to reach after hours cell phone support. Gave it a call and they sorted me out, got the cert issued with no hassle and all did not have to pay for out of business hours support. Exellent support, easy to use webpage and come as highly recommended!

We were having all kinds of issues with Thawte from a support perspective. Every single thing seemed to be a painful process and not flexible at all, especially support. We came across Digicert and tried them out and man it was like, "Where have you been all this time?" Digicert is clearly a company that recognizes that is it in the business of providing not only a product(SSL certs) but also of providing an important service of being able to obtain and quickly apply those certs, even on short notice if necessary and at any time of the day or night even on weekends. Their portal is very friendly to use and there is very little you cannot do yourself right from the portal. Five starts for Digicert.

Home based business and first attempt to verify corporate phone number failed. Chris O. called within an hour of order placement to discuss. Found state corporate filings with business name and phone and forwarded in email. 1/2 hour later, call to confirm, cert issued and on the way. Not a week wait, same day! great job!
