I've been a software developer since the old days so kind of a dinosaur. Security certificates are complex and overwhelming, but SSL support is very patient. Jeffrey was very helpful and provided excellent guidance to get to where my EV Code certificate was successfully signing my exe file.

I have had a certificate with ssl.com for years. Never had a big problem. They took care of any small issue I had long before it turned into a big problem. I retired last year and thought I had stopped all ssl services. Apparently I missed something. I started receiving an invoice. I only had to respond to one email. Ayn Ran contacted me, stopped the service I was being charged for, and canceled all pending invoices. No hassle. Skip
