I get a best support ever. The support colleague is the best as what I became. The support colleague name is something like "fred". I would like to add 1 billion stars for him, but i can add five. I hope this guy get some pay raise or something, becouse with out this guy, I lived this page immadatly.

I am a total newbie at ssl certificates. I recently purchased a certificate from SSL for use on my MDaemon mail server and the support I got from Fred at SSL.com made the whole process seamless yet understandable. He accommodated my questions and assisted all the way through I had the certificate installed and running. I would recommend SSL.com and their support staff to anyone!

Setting up the cert was super easy. I've gotten certificates from a few other places in the past and they all took long to issue and longer to set up. People say that you pay for what you get, but these guys are both good and affordable.

Certificates and requesting/installing them are extremely confusing for those that haven't dealt with them. Fortunately, I had the best help ever: FRED Fred explained what each file type was used for, how to handle requesting and completing requests for certificates, and how to easily export .pfx files for Azure. This guy deserves a raise!

Simple to install, comprehensive control panel. However the certificate shows "Free SSL CA". I dont expect the word "Free" anywhere in a USD50 cert. It gives the sense of cheap, unprofessional.

I had 2 support requests over the weekend and both were answered very quickly. I didn't get the person's name on Saturday but Mike was really helpful on Sunday evening. Both issues were down to problems with testing at our end and nothing to do with SSL.COM's product. To get rapid response on a Sunday evening these days is pretty amazing.... and we are a small managed-hosting business, so I know how trick support can be. Thanks very much to Mike and his colleagues :)

I had a chat with Mike from SSL.com, and he was super. He explained the differences between 128-bit and 256-bit encryption, and we figured out that I needed to reconfigure my Apache server to support 256-bit encryption. This all took less than 10 minutes!

I would like to commend Marcus for handling my case very well. Installing the SSL cert was an urgent matter to us and he assured me that we will be able to install it immediately. 1. Marcus was very accommodating. 2. I sensed the urgency that we needed from him during the whole process. 3. His instructions were clear, step by step and with reference. He definitely understands and knows how to answer my questions. 4. He was able to deliver his promise. Note that although I was given already the certificate, we had to redo all the process from the very beginning for everything to be settled.
