Allen was really helpful, needed to get my app signed with the certificate and also scanned and passed for malware and he got it all setup for me with screenshare. I was completely lost, this being the first time I ever did this. If it wasn't for Allen I would be stuck. He made it easy, and we got through the entire process in minutes, while I spent a couple of hours before trying to make it work. I am so thankful to have worked with Allen and SSL.com. I recommend him for management and a great salary increase, he is really good and very very fast. The fact that support is 24/7 is amazing, nobody does that. I am recommending everyone to use SSL.com. Thank you, I will be a repeat customer for sure.

During the process of getting my code signing certificate, the support SSL.com staff was a great help. After the fact, I found that they no longer issue pfx files and Joy from support was able to point me in the right direction quickly. I was shocked that she knew what a ClickOnce deployment is, much less how to work with one. Their support is excellent!
