We just started using code-signing certificates and quickly encountered an issue with cloud versus local signing. Fortunately, Myra helped to educate me on the differences and how to move to using a YubiKey. Myra was extremely patient and made it clear they were available to answer questions at every step of the way. I could not have asked for better, more professional communication. I have used Comodo for over 10 years for S/MIME. Recently they changed the visible fields that identify you as you which made me look for alternatives. SSL.com turned up and it is also cheaper. Way easier enrollment and user verification. Easier package for installation - worked instantly. SSL.com is in a different league. Many thanks to Allen for excellent support!
