I had problem signing an exe file using signtool. I got help from Charley, he guided me step by step overviewing what I did using zoom, the process failed on 3 different machines, but Charley did not gave up on me, he explained in detail that is the cause for the problem and the steps to overcome it, I followed his instructions on the forth machine, there I finally succeeded. Thank you very much Charley.

I was having trouble USING the cert and ended up being helped by "Bradley". He was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find my problem via a Zoom screen share. I give Bradley a THUMBS UP!! However, the process of validating my identity was a total nightmare. I ended up exchanging email with four different people. I provided the same info I did in 2019 and that went perfectly. This time the callback for voice was the sticking point. Much more to this. This is why I gave them a 2.
