It's been close to a decade since I did my last SSL cert purchase, and of course it's changed A LOT! But Carlos and Ferdinand were awesome in helping with the missing pieces, read that as CAA DNS records! Will definitely use SSL.COM again when I need SSL Certs.

I use SSL.COM certificates for email use both in production and in my information security classes. I have had to reach out for support a few times, mostly due to my lack of understanding and have always been greeted with a friendly and helpful representative. SSL.com provides decent walk throughs of how to set up and use the certificates they provide, but things don't always go as planned. Carlo Luigie was extremely helpful in confirming what I needed to do and assisting in resolving issues when things didn't work out as intended.
