I was having trouble USING the cert and ended up being helped by "Bradley". He was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find my problem via a Zoom screen share. I give Bradley a THUMBS UP!! However, the process of validating my identity was a total nightmare. I ended up exchanging email with four different people. I provided the same info I did in 2019 and that went perfectly. This time the callback for voice was the sticking point. Much more to this. This is why I gave them a 2.

Quentin provided excellent customer service. The process of getting the cert was extremely simple and since we are already validated with SSL.com we basically received the cert as soon as I submitted the csr for it.
