We purchased a code signing certificate from SSL.com but had accidentally enrolled in the eSigner service when we didn't require it. We opened a ticket and the support was prompt and thorough. The support technician, Joy, went above and beyond to help us get the eSigner certificate revoked and dis-enrolled from the service. We were unclear on how this process worked, but Joy was very knowledgeable and guided us through through it. Definitely recommend reaching out if you're having any issues.
