I use SSL.COM certificates for email use both in production and in my information security classes. I have had to reach out for support a few times, mostly due to my lack of understanding and have always been greeted with a friendly and helpful representative. Today, I got Joy in chat and she was wonderful. I seem to cause a few issues with my own fat fingers and never have I gotten anything but good natured understanding and support. Thank you!

SSL.com provides decent walk throughs of how to set up and use the certificates they provide, but things don't always go as planned. Carlo Luigie was extremely helpful in confirming what I needed to do and assisting in resolving issues when things didn't work out as intended.

As we have a legacy application the code sign tiers are too expensive. And the customer onboarding process is not clear at all. when buying the certificate the information about the subscripton tier should be in the same page for charity. Jerry was very helpful explaining all the process I give a 5 start for his customer support
