I had to urgently get a locally bought backup YubiKey setup and working properly for travel. Both Crisanto and Myra Lane guided me through the procedure and everything is working well now. The online guide can be improved still, it would have avoided extra support, but 5 stars for the excellent support nonetheless.

Had a weird issue with code signing not working with the new esigner certificates. Crisanto answered within seconds after the AI couldn't answer. Looked up things fast, but turned out to be an ARM issue with certs not working in windows on a mac VM.

After foraging through various sites dealing with web-user security achieved via SECURE SOCKETS LAYER encryption, I settled at last on SSL.COM. Not only did its 3-letter name seem to get right to the point of my search, but also it presented in plain language the factors involved when choosing, obtaining and installing a unique "SSL Certificate" most suitable for the website being considered. Impressed with this, and by now close to running out of mental stamina, I ponied up and placed the order. In less than a minute the order was processed, acknowledged, and its forms downloaded and ready for my input. All went very smoothly with the rapid installation, and my site is running with full HTTPS protocol. All of the above is just fine and dandy... However, I must honestly say that the most surprising aspect of this experience, is the expertise of the team tending the chat system. In my case it was Allen handling questions with clarity, confidence, enthusiasm, and response times reminiscent of a best friend sitting at the desk with me. If he represents the skills and attributes common among those who work at SSL.COM, I would strongly recommend visiting their site!

Allen was very good to work with... Still fuzzy on the overall flow of certificates and who does what where and when and how all the certificates come together... Allen is great but it would be nice to have a flow of how it gets started and how the flow to get it all assigned would be great...
