I am an engineer and systems developer and have an Azure VM. Although I develop technical websites, I am a server dummy. Updating my SSL certificate is a labyrinth to me. I buy my certificates from SSL.com because they support users like me. Allen was extremely helpful and patiently guided me through the process.
