Terrible support. Plan on being on hold for SEVERAL HOURS. If that wasn't bad enough, the hold goes from completely silent to VERY LOUD MUSIC sporadically. This doesn't make your wait time very pleasant. I'll never use them again.

Entrust has been fantastic to work with. I made the switch to their Certificate Management Service a couple years ago and have not run into any problems. I also cut my costs significantly over the previous vendor I was using.

My organization uses Entrust to manage 11 SSL certificates. This puts us into the bulk plan to qualify for a lower rate of 150/year for a standard certificate. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone at this office, as it is also hard to get a hold of your own sales rep. We are dissatisfied with the service we receive for the price we pay and will be looking to switch vendors at the next available opportunity.
