The person who usually manages this was away so I opted to renew and contact Brad and Ken of Support.

They were excellent and stayed with me through the who process of renewing the certs, then importing them to Exchange and exporting to the WAF. They answered all queries quickly and I felt as though I had them sat with me through the who process.

Excellent service, I will be recommending them to all.
