The first try at obtaining the certificate via the website proved frustrating, the staff in Enland was not helpful via email. But, after I got in touch with their customer service by phone, Marie helped me thru the process and I had my certificate within two hours. So my advice is to call first, and then they're great!

Globalsign has some of the best customer service skills that I have seen. Calls are returned, they are very helpful, Michelle has gone out of her way to make sure that any questions that I had were answered promptly. Ordering certificates are easy and they are delivered within a few minutes. They don't up charge for SAN certificates as my last vendor did. GeoTrust was my old provider and their Customer Services skills were nonexistent. Thanks GloblaSign.

Very personable, professional and responsive.

We had a major crash and needed to reissue our certificate immediately. Even thou it was after business hours we got a call back from a GlobalSign Client Services Team member named Evan that worked very closely with us to get our certificate reissued.

We can't express enough how important this was to our business and the follow thru from Evan at GlobalSign was simply exceptional!

True customer service isn't without problems or issues, it's what you do with those issues that makes the difference.

Thank you so much GlobleSign for being there. We will return for more business. Highly Recommended!

We have been working with GlobalSign now for several years. When I was first starting out they where able to walk me through getting the first cert installed, as time went by many more sub domains were created with ease. Then when I was ready to get my first ever Wild-Card Cert they where with me all the way. I had to purchase 3 of them to cover the number of servers we have. They allow it to be installed on up to 3 servers at a time. My sales person was great and fun. We will continue to purchase from them and renew for the for see-able future.

Moved to Globalsign when GeoTrust got bought out and prices went through the roof. Globalsign's prices and licensing is great! Sales support is top-notch, technical support is great once I get someone - they're always willing to help. Sometimes response is a little slow.

The only issue is that A) every server has to have the intermediate cert installed, which can be difficult with some oddball servers and B) Globalsign doesn't have 100% penetration - but it's close. But the value is there, so I'm sticking with Globalsign.

We moved from VeriSign, to GlobalSign. The services we receive from globalsign rival any offered by VeriSign, for a fraction of the cost. We were able to secure a very high discount through the purchase of certificates on a large basis. We saved over 70% moving from the VeriSign. I would highly recommend GlobalSign to any organization. They also offer an API for certificate automation!

I had read some good press releases on GlobalSign's certificates and thought I would give them a try. Their AlphaSSL product was recommended but I did not receive my certificate for a few days even when everything went through fine. Or so I thought. Called support went back and forth with them only to be left with no certificate. I thought in my head "I've used other providers and never faced this kind of issue?" Anyways I received the certificate and installed and informed my client who responded back with "Global who?" I asked my other clients if they wanted a GlobalSign certificate and they did not recognize the certificate. Not sure how big these guys are but the presence is not there. I looked up stats and they are not even recognized in the top 4 or 5 authorities it seems. Clients requested Geotrust or Comodo certs so that's exactly what I ended up doing and they are now happy. Disappointed with globalsign.
